You may use our additional services such as Vehicle Inspection and VIN history Report to get more information. Your sales agent might be able to contact the seller and get more pictures if available. Please contact us to be assisted.
I found a vehicle by myself through the Internet, will you help me negotiate and close this deal?
Yes. If the vehicle is being sold by a licensed auto dealer, we will be happy to assist in negotiating a price and closing the deal on your behalf.
Why is it better for me to let XYexport purchase the vehicle instead of buying the vehicle directly from the seller?
One of the reasons is that you are an itermatlonal buver.Wlen purchasingfrom a dealer there is no guarantee that they will behonest with you. Also they will have to sell you the vehicle at a retail price, and in some cases they can add Additional profitsand taxes. If we make the purchase, it will be as a wholesale unit. We don’t have to pay extra prof’t and receive export tax rebates,which allows us to negotiate deals better. And we can negotiate the deal better.

Can I be an official XYexport dealer in my country?
You can become an “AUTHORIZED XYexport DEALER”. To qualify, You must have a purchase record of importing 50 vehicles from XYexport. You can contact us for more details.
Payment
All payments must be received no later than 2 days after the sale date. US Dollars are the only acceptable currency for payments. Full payments for successful purchases must be sent by bank wire transfer.

What are the methods of payment?
You can pay by bank wire. You can print our bank wire instructions from your XYexport account. Full payment for your purchase must be made by bank wire.
How do I make bank wire transfers and what are your company's bank wiring instructions?
- For deposits with bank wire, you can print out our Bank Wire Instructions from your contract
- To pay for your purchase, please note that each Vehicle Wholesale Agreement (the invoice) has our bank wire information attached. You can provide this information to your bank or use it for online banking. Please make sure to send us a copy of your payment confirmation as soon as it is available.
Can I pay in different currencies aside from US Dollars?
We only accept payments in US Dollars.
How would I know if you received my payment?
After receiving the remittance, our sales will notify you
Do you work with all countries?
We work with countries/regions where national policies allow the import of Chinese cars.
Can I pay for the vehicle after delivery?
No. Vehicle Wholesale Agreement (the invoice) has to be paid in full in order to start the shipping process. You may also contact us prior to the purchase to find out if the vehicle qualifies for Financing. Please email us to sales@XYexport.com.
Do you accept payments in cryptocurrency?
No, we don’t accept cryptocurrencies. XYexport receives payments in USD (American dollars only). The payment can be done through bank wire transfer.
Transportation and shipping
We will start the vehicle export formalities and shipping process as soon as the full payment is received. Your car will bepicked up and delivered to one of the exit pots or warehouses in China. You can request additional pictures of your car from theexit warehouse. We will handle all the documentation im China. The original Title will be sent to China Customs, cleared, andsent to your mailing address by express courier mail services (DHL, FEDEX, Or ‘TNT). You will be notifed of the date of thearrival email. You will need to have your ldentification document, Original Title and Bill of Lading with you when recervingthe car at your destination port.
Ground
After you’ve successfully paid for the purchase, we will Handle vehicle export procedures and get a driver, and he will deliver your car to the exit port/warehouse.
The estimated time frame is 2–14 days, depending on the location and exit port.
Ocean
- After your vehicle is delivered to the exit port, it will undergo Customs declaration. The estimated timeframe is 3–5 days. Please note that we do not handle Customs declaration and, therefore, cannot influence the process or the timeframe.
- After the vehicle is cleared, it will either be driven onto the vessel or put inside the container to be shipped to your destination. The estimated timeframe is 3–4 weeks for RORO and 4–6 weeks for containers.
Air
- After your vehicle is delivered to the exit airport, it will undergo Customs clearance. The estimated timeframe is 3–5 days. Please note that we do not handle Customs declaration and, therefore, cannot influence the process or the timeframe.
- After the vehicle is cleared, it will be loaded into an aircraft. The estimated timeframe is 3–7 days (on the first available booked flight).

How can I find out the shipping cost for the vehicle?
Due to the different sizes, weights and conditions of vehicles,the shipping costs will also vary.For an exact quote, please contact our Shipping Department at shipping@XYexport.com
Can I use my own transportation company?
We suggest checking our shipping rates first, as we ofter very competitive prices due to the volume. XYexport offers consolidation services to many destinations. However, you are free to use your own shipping company. Once the vehicle isexported out of the China,you are requured to provide us with a copy of the Bill of Lading. Ground transportation is done exclusively by XYexport.
How can I check the status of my shipment?
We will be notifying you of the status via your registered email. You can also check your profile under “Purchases”.
How will my vehicles be shipped?
Your vehicles will be shipped via RORO or Container shipping. If you are unsure which service will be used, please email our shipping team at shipping@XYexport.com for more details.
What is "RORO" shipping?
RORO (short for Roll-on/Roll-off) shipping is a type of ocean freight service. RORO shipping is a cost-effective and efficient way to transport cars. This method is available at various destinations and does not involve consolidation. Please note that not allcars qualify for this shipping method. Please email us to shipping@XYexport.com with the lot # prior to “BID” or “BUY NOW”.
What is "Container" shipping?
Container shipping is the most popular method. Your vehicle will be loaded inside a 20 or 40 feet container, which will be sealed before being loaded onto the ship. We also offer container consolidation options to help reduce ocean shipping costs to certain destinations.
How many vehicles can be shipped in a 40 feet container?
A 40 feet container typically fits 3 midsize sedans or SUVs, or 4 smaller sedans such as Honda Civics or Toyota Corollas.
What is consolidation?
Consolidation is when you only have one car to ship, but you do not want to pay for the whole 20 or 40 feet container. Our shipping company will consolidate your car at several popular destinations. For example, if your car is consolidated with 2 othercars in a 40 feet container, you end up paying only 1/3 of the price of the 40 feet container. If there is no consolidation to your port, we can ship a car in a 20-foot container.
Which port is better for consolidation?
The most popular port for consolidation is GuangZhou. However, always check with our Shipping Department at shipping@XYexport.com about consolidation options for your destination before making a purchase.
How long does it take to get my car?
An average transit time is 45–60 days after the full payment is received for your purchase. Please note that delays may occur due to weather conditions, slow traffic, documentation delay, etc. Please ensure that your payment is received on time.
